We stayed in 2020 almost three weeks in unit H1, then immediately we booked for 2021 for a whole month !

The condo was pristine clean and beautiful. Having a washer and dryer we didn’ t needed to pack so much clothes.

Because of health conditions we eat home cocked meals and that kitchen was super well equipped with everything a person need in the kitchen. I even made bread in the oven, and after came home I bought the same oven for us J The king size bed is very, very confortable. The condo is in a quiet zone; the heated pool is just one minute walking distance.

Over the years we stayed in several places in Sanibel, but this was far the best! Five star rental!!!

The owners called to be sure we are confortable. I asked if I could have the Paramount channel so we can see our favorite serial movie and immediately was taken care of that.Kathi and Ed are very nice people, when I had some minor fixing problem that was solved right then.

Kathi is very very friendly, it is a real pleasure knowing her, talking with her.

Hope we can return in Sannibel in 2022 and of course at one of this units.

We stayed in Unit G7 in july of 2019. Everything was perfect. the setting, the furniture, the amentities, the beach and the cleanliness. We have areservation for this July also. i would recommend it to anyone.

Beach heaven

Awesome condo Right on the beach! Beautifully updated too! Spotless!! Owners helped us immediately With questions about the tv., Came over to fix it and brought a new one!! Can’t wait to go back next year!!! Highly recommended!

Sanibel at it’s best

We had such a wonderful time at this second floor condo looking out to the beautiful Gulf beach. The condo was so beautifully decorated and was sparkling clean. The kitchen is equipped for serious cooking...which we did more of because of being careful during this COVID-19 pandemic.

 

32nd Anniversary

We had an absolutely great time and enjoyed the condo room very much. Clean and roomy.

Great stay on Sanibel!

This property is very close to the beach in a nice condo complex. A 2 minute walk puts you on the sandy beach of Sanibel. It is very clean and very well stocked with everything you need to enjoy your vacation!

Gorgeous Vacation

Beautiful and updated condo just steps away from the pool and beach. Very comfortable stay and would definitely recommend this condo and vacation. Gorgeous shells, sunshine, beach and relaxation! Just amazing!!

 

This condo was perfect in every way - great location, great beach, clean, quiet and with all the amenities. We would definitely stay here again!!

Great gulf front condo! This condo was perfect for our family! It was very clean, nicely decorated, and fully equipped! Beach chairs, umbrella, flashlights, binoculars, and other items for the beach along with towels! We should have packed a little lighter! Excellent condo and owner communication!
